Une nouvelle déco de chambre pour la rentrée

Qui dit entrée au CP dit chambre de grande fille...ou comment trouver de nouvelles excuses pour redécorer la chambre de la Demoiselle!

Je n'ai pas l'intention de tout refaire car sa chambre a beaucoup évoluée ces derniers temps et il reste peu de vestiges du temps où elle n'était encore qu'une toute petite!

Le bureau est l'un des derniers arrivés, avec la chaise à roulettes et l'étagère. Deux pans de murs avaient été peints en rose à sa demande il y a un an et nous avions choisi de garder un pan gris, de manière à contrebalancer l'effet maison de poupée (le 4ème pan de mur est composé d'un immense placard blanc, simplement décoré de stickers).

Pour autant, l'entrée au CP ne signifie pas qu'elle ne jouera plus comme les petites filles de son âge et c'est pour cela que nous allons garder un coin jeux. Autre espace à intégrer dans sa chambre, un coin lecture.

I'm not thinking about a huge makeover since her bedroom changed a lot these past months and there's only a few remainings of that time  where she was a tiny girl!

The desk is one of the last furniture, with the rolling chair and the shelf. Two walls have been painted in pink a year ago, as she wished, and we decided to keep one grey wall, in order not to live in a dollhouse (the fourth wall is lined with a huge white closet, only decorated with stickers).

Actually, being in primary school doesn't mean that she's not going to play like the other girls of her age and that's why we're going to keep a play area. Another area that we have to think about is a reading corner.

J'ai donc profité de la semaine dernière où elle était en vacances  chez Papy et Mamie pour mettre un peu d'ordre décorer tout ça! Dès que j'en aurai l'occasion, je posterai des photos de sa nouvelle chambre.

I made the most of last week where she was on vacation with her grand parents and I cleaned decorated all of that! As soon as I get a chance to do it, I will show you some pictures of her new room.
